Abandoned carts

• GET /abandoned-carts lists the store's abandoned carts. See Abandoned carts listing.
• GET /abandoned-carts/{id} returns one cart. See Get abandoned cart.
• Both need the new read-abandoned-carts scope.
• The cart.abandoned event fires when a cart is flagged as abandoned. See REST Hooks.
• The MCP server has two new tools: list_abandoned_carts and get_abandoned_cart.
