Prorated charge cancellation

Send prorate: true to DELETE /billing/apps/charges/recurring/{id} to cancel the charge at once. The store is credited for the unused days of the current period, and the credit is deducted from your payouts, less the platform fee. See Cancel a recurring charge.
Without prorate, the charge is still canceled at period end.
When a merchant uninstalls your app from a store, the store's deferred and frozen charges are canceled at once, and pending charges expire.
A frozen charge is canceled after 30 days without payment. See Billing overview.
