# `country` object

A country, from [`localization`](localization).

### Properties

| `iso_code` | [string](../basics/types#string) | Two-letter country code, for example `MA`              |
| `name`     | [string](../basics/types#string) | Country name in the store language                     |
| `currency` |   [currency](currency) object    | The currency that prices are shown in for this country |
| `popular?` | [boolean](../basics/types#boolean) | Always `false`                                       |

When you print a `country` object, you get its `iso_code`.
