Use at most 2 decimals in the `price.amount` of a charge.

# Charge amount decimals

* When you create a one-time or recurring charge, use at most 2 decimals in `price.amount`. If you send more decimals, or an exponent form such as `1e2`, you get a `422` response. See [One-time charges](/apps/billing/charges/onetime) and [Recurring charges](/apps/billing/charges/recurring).
